This Homebuyers Education Program was developed around the "Realizing the American Dream" educational text, created by Neighborworks® America. We encourage you before you start looking for and purchasing a home to attend classes, it is most helpful and important to understand the terminology you'll hear during the process. All items in this program are designed to enhance understanding of the homebuying process, from start to finish.
