What is the Rental Program?

In an effort to increase affordable housing opportunities in the City of Hamilton, Neighborhood Housing Services of Hamilton, Inc. and the City of Hamilton have partnered to provide a Rental-Lease Program.

All rental units are NON-SMOKING.

What is the Rental-Lease Program and How Does it Work?

This program is designed for families who are income eligible. Please contact us for further information.

How Much Will I Have to Pay?

Rent amounts will vary depending upon the unit.

How Do I Qualify and What are the Requirements to Participate?

Participants must be income qualified per household size.
All applicants will be subject to a credit and background check.
Must be able to put utilities in your name and show proof from the utility company.
No prior evictions.
No felonies.
Other requirements apply (call for details).
Rental Application Processing Fee is $50.00.

All Applicants are on a first come/first serve basis and will be subject to a credit and background check.

All rental units are NON-SMOKING & No Pets Allowed.

Our HUD Certified Housing Counselors will go over the rental program guidelines.
