Neighborhood Housing Services of Hamilton is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As such, Neighborhood Housing Services of Hamilton is not regulated by federal and state lending laws, specifically the Federal Fair Lending Laws, and is not a Federal Deposit Insurance Company.

ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION
Personal information includes all of the personally-identifying information you may provide to us through this website. Such information may be provided by you to determine pre-qualification for any of the various loans offered by NHS. NHS will limit the dissemination of personally-identifying information. To that end, NHS will only share such information with its key business partners, including without limitation, Neighborhood Housing Services of America, NeighborWorks Network, and Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation. The Home Ownership Center will use and share your personal information only if necessary and allowed by law to administer NHS' business of providing products and services to you as a customer of Neighborhood Housing Services of Hamilton. Neighborhood Housing Services of Hamilton further limits the access to your personal information by our employees only to those responsible for processing your application and reviewing your application. Unless required by law or you provide express permission, NHS will not exchange personal information with any third parties for their independent use, except for disclosures with credit reporting agencies to determine the accuracy of information in your credit file with respect to your eligibility for loan products.

ABOUT LOAN CALCULATORS AND PRE-QUALIFICATION
Any pre-qualification documentation gathered on the website is a general assessment of your borrowing ability as determined by NHS guidelines. Pre-qualification information does not constitute an application or commitment to lend. The pre-qualification is not an indication of the actual loan type or amount for which you may qualify. While you may submit information to NHS for the purpose of determining pre-qualification for our loan products, a final determination of your qualification will not be made during your online session. You cannot obtain any type of loan from NHS via your online session.
